Sometimes on our sourcing trips we come across stunning quality waste yarns and have always wondered what if we could make our own fabrics.
Fast forward to 2016 and we found ourselves in the enviable position of sharing a building with The Bristol Weaving Mill, a micro-mill making cloth in Bristol city for the first time in 100 years. The Antiform machines are a mere 10 paces away from their heritage loom and so this exciting accessories collaboration was born.
Working with extraordinary quality waste cashmere and wool yarns from Scotland and experimental fancy yarns from the midlands, BWM designed and produced 4 exclusive limited edition tweeds for our classic double framed purses, popping with colour.
